Honorary Membership
Honorary members are selected by the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of the SPER on the basis of meritorious service to pharmacy. Nominations for Honorary Membership in the SPER are accepted by the Central Executive Committee (CEC). If you would like to nominate a member for this distinguished honor, please forward your nomination as well as supporting biographical data at secretary@sperpharma.org
Patron
- Any person who makes a lump sum donation of Rs. 1,00,000/- or more, may be conferred with the title of a patron by the CEC.
- A patron shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.
Membership Fees: Rs. 1,00,000/-
Institutional Member
Institutional Membership shall be open to the categories viz. corporate bodies engaged in the manufacture, distribution or sale of pharmaceutical products, machinery or ancillaries, teaching and research; institutions and associations of such bodies. The person/s so nominated should satisfy the qualifications for Membership as stated below. The nominated person/s shall enjoy all the privileges of a Member.
- A person having a degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences granted by a recognized University in India or abroad.
- A person possessing a diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University in India or abroad.
- A person who has a Bachelor's or higher degree in Basic, Life Sciences and / or applied Sciences conferred by a recognized University in India or abroad.
Institutional member shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.
Membership Fees: Rs. 51,000/-
Life Member
Any person, other than Patron and Honorary Member, having one or more of the following qualifications and having attained age of 21 years shall be eligible to be a Life Member of the Society. The CEC has the discretion to reject any application without ascribing any reasons.
- A person having a degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences granted by a recognized University in India or abroad.
- A person possessing a diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University in India or abroad.
- A person who has a Bachelor's or higher degree in Basic, Life Sciences and / or applied Sciences conferred by a recognized University in India or abroad.
Life member shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.
Membership Fees: Rs. 2,100/-
Life Member (Senior Citizen)
Any person, other than Patron and Honorary Member, having one or more of the following qualifications and above the age of 65 years shall be eligible to be a Life Member of the Society. The CEC has the discretion to reject any application without ascribing any reasons.
- A person having a degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences granted by a recognized University in India or abroad.
- A person possessing a diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University in India or abroad.
- A person who has a Bachelor's or higher degree in Basic, Life Sciences and / or applied Sciences conferred by a recognized University in India or abroad.
Life member shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.
Membership Fees: Rs. 1,100/-
Foreign Life Member
A person staying abroad and satisfying the qualifications of Membership as given below can become a Life Member of the Society. A Foreign Life Member shall enjoy all the privileges and shall be bound by the Rules and Regulations, Bye-laws of the Society in respect of a Foreign Life Member. The CEC has the discretion to reject any application without ascribing any reasons.
- A person having a degree in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences granted by a recognized University in India or abroad.
- A person possessing a diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University in India or abroad.
- A person who has a Bachelor's or higher degree in Basic, Life Sciences and / or applied Sciences conferred by a recognized University in India or abroad.
Life member shall enjoy all the privileges of a member during his / her lifetime.
Membership Fees: USD 200/-
Student Member
A student studying in diploma / degree course in pharmacy of a recognized Institution / University can become student member of the society. The CEC at its discretion, admit a student of diploma / degree course in pharmacy of a recognized Institution / University as a student member of the society. Student member will become life member of the society after completion of their diploma / degree course, and after submitting the remaining fees to become life member of the society i.e. Rs. 1600.
The period of membership is valid for one year starting from the date of joining.
